With two beautiful studios in Kilcoole and a new location opening soon in Wicklow Town, we offer a variety of Reformer Pilates classes designed to support your goals, whether you're a total beginner, returning to movement, or ready to challenge your strength and stamina.

Pulse 1

Perfect for first-timers or anyone wanting to build confidence on the Reformer.

In Pulse 1, you'll learn the basics of Reformer Pilates, build strength safely, and improve your posture, mobility, and coordination. Expect a slow and steady class with clear guidance and personal attention from your instructor.

Pulse 2

A fun and dynamic class that blends strength, mobility, and flow.

Pulse 2 is our most popular class offering a full-body workout with options to modify or progress based on your level. You’ll work on toning, balance, and core control, using a variety of props and resistance levels.

Pulse 3

A challenging, strength-focused Reformer class for experienced clients.

This is our most advanced group class, combining powerful movements, dynamic flows, and challenging spring combinations. Expect to feel the burn and leave feeling empowered.

Pulse Athletic

Pulse Athletic is a high-energy, full-body Athletic Reformer class that blends strength, cardio, and core on the reformer. Think power moves, killer playlists, and serious results.

Pulse 1 ATHLETIC – Wednesdays at 6 PM
Pulse 2 ATHLETIC – Wednesdays at 7 PM

These sessions are designed to push you, challenge you, and leave you feeling stronger from the inside out.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training offers clients a completely tailored experience, fully focused on the client's requirements and needs. Whether the goal is rehabilitation-centered, gaining confidence on the machine, or having a privately tailored class to meet specific requirements, this type of session is ideal. The personalised attention ensures that the client's individual goals and preferences are taken into consideration, resulting in a customised and effective workout experience.
